General Ground Rules

1)     A non-refundable entrance fee of 300000 Rials

2)     Entrance must be before April 2006

3)     Teams cannot share members

4)     All teams must have at least four members at all times to qualify

5)     All teams must announce their manufacturing facilities

6)     All teams are expected to follow organizing committee ground rules

7)     All objections and comments must be addressed to the organizing committee.

8)     A nick name should be proposed for each team at registration
